We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.

3.3 Information We Do Not Collect

5. How Your Data Is Processed, Stored, and Protected

Enquiries you send by email or messaging are stored within those respective service providers' systems and in our business records. Quote-form submissions are processed and stored by Google (Google Forms). We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and the principle of least access, so that only authorized personnel handle your data.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

When a purpose is served and there is no legal reason to retain it, we delete or anonymize the data. You may ask us to delete your data earlier (see Your Rights).

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use two categories:

  • Essential cookies / local storage: Required for the site to function, for example, remembering your light/dark theme and your cookie preferences. These are always active and do not require consent.
  • Analytics cookies: Set by Google Analytics 4 only after you accept them. They help us understand aggregate usage. You can accept, reject, or customize these at any time.

You can change your choice anytime via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer, or by clearing cookies/local storage in your browser. We honor "Do Not Track" by defaulting analytics to off until you opt in.

8. Analytics Consent and Google Consent Mode

On your first visit, a cookie banner lets you Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, or Customize Preferences. Using Google Consent Mode, analytics storage defaults to "denied" and Google Analytics is not loaded until you grant consent. If you withdraw consent later, analytics stops loading on subsequent visits.
